How is pricing set?
By square footage and how often you want us there. We do a free walkthrough, then send a written quote with a fixed monthly price. Offices up to about 3,000 sq ft typically run $450 a month at once a week. Larger buildings are priced per square foot, typically $0.06–$0.08 per square foot a month for weekly service.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and use certified green cleaning products, chosen to be safer for the people who work in your office. Consumables like paper towels, toilet paper and trash liners can be supplied by you or added to your quote.
Are you insured?
We carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We clean seven days a week. Most offices prefer evenings, early mornings or weekends so we never interrupt your workday. We agree the schedule and access in writing.
