Who we are
Ovictus Solutions is an assumed business name (DBA) of AXA Laundry LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Buda, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through ovictussolutions.com, by phone, text and email, and how we use and protect it.
Information you give us
Office cleaning quote requests: name, business name, phone, email, office address, approximate square footage, preferred frequency and start date, and any notes. Biohazard call-back requests: name, phone, city and a brief description. Referral partner sign-ups: name, company, role, email, phone and city. Calls, texts and emails: whatever you choose to tell us.
Sensitive information
Please do not send medical, legal, financial or other sensitive personal details through our forms. For biohazard work, we will ask only what we need to assess and price the job, and we treat everything about the situation, the people involved and the property as confidential.
Information collected automatically
Our website host (Netlify) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit, to operate and secure the site. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule walkthroughs and assessments, prepare quotes and estimates, perform and invoice the work, provide documentation you request for insurers or estates, keep a referral partner list, improve the site, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or service. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We do not post photos or details from any job, especially biohazard or trauma scenes, without written permission.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), email and phone providers, scheduling, invoicing and accounting tools, and, for biohazard work, the licensed medical-waste hauler, which receives job location details required for the waste manifest. With your permission, we share documentation with your insurer, property manager, attorney or the estate. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or to protect safety.
How long we keep it
Quote and call-back requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months. Client and job records, including invoices and waste disposal manifests, are kept as long as needed for the service and as required by tax, insurance and regulatory rules, which can be several years.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we honor requests from anyone regardless of where they live. Email hello@ovictussolutions.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
