Cleaning is a business of trust. You hand over the keys to your office and leave.
I have given 21 years to the Marine Corps and the Texas Army National Guard, and I run Ovictus Solutions on the same footing: a written scope, a fixed schedule, a checklist every visit, and one person who answers for the work.
If something is missed, you call me and I correct it. My commitments are few, and I keep every one.
For biohazard and trauma cleanup, every job starts with a written estimate, and personal belongings are set aside for the family before work begins.

Every account runs the same way.
Military work runs on a written order, a clear standard and someone who is accountable for the result. We run office cleaning the same way. None of it depends on who happens to be on shift.
- A written scope before the first clean, so you know exactly what you’re paying for
- A fixed schedule agreed in writing, any day of the week, usually evenings, early mornings or weekends
- The same checklist on every visit, completed by the crew
- The same crew each visit: people who know your space and your rules
- One named contact, and a direct line to the Director of Operations
- Anything the crew notices, like supplies running low or a leak, written down and reported to you
- If something is missed, we come back, fix it, and change the checklist so it doesn’t happen again
Where we work
We’re based in Buda, on I-35 just south of Austin. In the Austin area, the Director of Operations runs every account directly. In the Houston area, accounts are run by family members who live there and own part of the business. Both cities work from the same scope, checklist and standards.
