For offices up to about 3,000 sq ft, recurring cleaning typically costs $450 a month once a week, $750 twice a week and $975 three times a week, plus Texas sales tax.

- Your quote is a single monthly price, with the annual total on request. If your building needs more than routine cleaning, such as us supplying paper towels, toilet paper and trash liners, specialty floor care, or special access, security or insurance terms, we build it into that total once we've seen the job.
- No surprises
- Your written quote is what you pay each month, plus Texas sales tax. Nothing is added later without your sign-off.
- Texas pricing
- These prices reflect the Austin and Houston markets. Facilities outside Texas are quoted separately.

Typical rate ranges for general office space, per square foot per month. Where you land depends on the layout, restrooms, kitchens and floor types. The more often we clean, the less each visit costs: every-weekday service runs about a third less per visit than weekly.
