Common questions
How fast can you arrive?
We'll tell you an arrival time when you call, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
Will a neighbor know?
We arrive in unmarked vehicles and plain clothing, and we keep equipment out of view as much as possible.
How do you dispose of waste?
Regulated medical waste is packaged to state and federal requirements and removed by a licensed medical-waste hauler. We provide disposal records on request.
What should I do before you arrive?
Nothing, other than keeping people and pets out of the affected area. Please don't try to clean it yourself. If law enforcement is involved, wait until the scene is released.
Do you serve my city?
We cover the Austin and Houston areas and surrounding counties. See our service areas, or call and ask.
